About
I'm a product design leader building at the intersection of strategy, systems, and craft. My work lives in products people use every day: their grocery app, their bank, the tools that help thousands of employees show up and do their jobs.
At Albertsons, I lead a suite of loyalty products including forU Loyalty, deals and coupons, rewards, partnerships, and membership benefits, reaching tens of millions of shoppers.
I came up through in-house roles at Walmart Labs, Starbucks, Expedia, and Chase, building product intuition across retail, hospitality, travel, and financial services, before moving into consulting as an Associate Director at Deloitte Digital, where I led design across clients like UBS, McDonald's, Facebook, J&J, and Sterling. I've shipped zero-to-one products and redesigned systems with millions of daily users.
What drives me is the problems worth solving: IA that actually makes sense, product design that respects people's time, and experiences that hold up at scale.
How I work
The best design decisions look obvious in hindsight. I push for structural clarity first: information architecture, hierarchy, and flow, before reaching for the surface.
Great operators know when a thing is good enough to learn from. I build design cultures that value iteration over perfection and shipping over polish theater.
Some problems need a pixel fix. Others need a new model. I've learned to recognize which is which, and operate at whichever altitude the work demands.
I'm open to leadership-level roles where I can bring systems thinking, team leadership, and craft to problems worth solving. If that sounds like your team, I'd love to talk.
