Problem:
The existing UI and the flow of the savings program didn't allow members to directly transact on the savings site. We also needed to capture new emails and associate it with their membership number in order to provide relevant and personalized experience in the marketing email. The existing sign-in barrier had to be removed to be able to display the member-exclusive savings, while only allowing the members to transact upon the savings items.
Process:
We worked on different options for presenting this screen and the savings program page. We presented options that will be the most intuitive and accessible for the members, ensuring that it didn't veer away too much from the existing design and feel of the entire site.
Currently:
We increased the member engagement with our discount program online, and tied hundreds of membership numbers to previously lone, floaty emails. We saw about 500+ items added to cart directly from the club insider page, weekly. We're watching analytics to see what improvements we can make in the next iteration.
